EWTN(Eternal Word Television Network)– may be of interest to parents. It is a TV channel which promotes the Catholic religion. ‘It is the largest media network in the world, transmitting 24 hours a day’ It was founded by Mother M Angelica, a poor Clare nun. There is a ‘kids’ section with interactive prayers etc.

Feis Domhnaigh’ is taking place this year in Carndonagh from 24th– 26th June 2016. This school offers the possibility of entering your child in the ‘Speech and Drama’ – Poetry competitions, in both Irish and English. The school will enter your child in the Feis and will do all necessary preparations in school. All you have to do is a) ensure your child practises his/her poem at home and b) take your child to the venue in Carndonagh at the stated date and time.
